My at home HIIT workout!
Warm up - star jumps, high knees, stretches
10 pushups
10 half burpees
10 tricep dips
10 half burpees
10 glute bridges
10 half burpees
10 sit ups
10 half burpees
10 bicep curls
10 half burpees
10 dumbbell shoulder raises
Repeat for as many rounds as you like!

Protein pancake recipe:
1 x ripe banana
2 x eggs
1 x serve of NH Thrive Plant Protein
(I actually made these again and found hand mixing/mashing instead of using a blender and adding a teaspoon of baking powder makes them extra fluffy!!)
